As passionate supporters of 1. FC Köln, we have been considering how to make our fan club even more attractive and structured. A concept we have developed involves introducing different membership levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Titan, and Red.

Each level is tailored to different fans – from social media enthusiasts to VIPs – and offers specific benefits as well as obligations. Our goal is to strengthen the community and give each fan a personal and fitting role.

Silver - Fan club member

The Silver level goes a step further. A Silver member is also active on social media, follows us, reads, shares, and comments on our posts. However, they also trust us to the extent that they provide us with their personal data (name, address, email, and date of birth). By providing this data, the member agrees that we may forward this information to 1. FC Köln in Cologne. This registers them there as a 'true fan of 1. FC Köln'. This level creates a stronger bond between fan, fan club, and club.

Bronze - Fan club member supporter

The Bronze level is designed for fans who initially want to support us digitally. A Bronze member is active on social media, follows us there, reads our posts, and shares or comments on them. This support is incredibly valuable to us as it increases our reach and makes the love for 1. FC Köln visible. Currently, however, a Bronze member is not yet ready to provide us with personal data such as name, address, email, or date of birth. This level is free and offers a casual introduction to our fan club – ideal for fans who want to get to know us first.

Gold - Premium member

The Gold level is designed for fans who are willing to invest even more – possibly financially as well. Should we decide to introduce a membership fee in the future, paying members will automatically become premium Gold level members. In addition to all the benefits of the Silver level, Gold members receive exclusive perks. This level aims to reward fans who support the fan club not only ideally but also financially, and at the same time enable our activities such as events and social engagement on a larger scale.

Titan - Founder group

The Titan level is reserved for the dedicated founders of our fan club. Titan members actively assist in the organization of the fan club, whether it's planning events, communicating with 1. FC Köln, or designing fan campaigns. In addition to all the benefits of the Gold level, they receive special recognition, such as a name mention on our website upon personal request, and the opportunity to participate in strategic meetings. This level is for those who not only support the fan club but also made it possible through its founding.

Red - VIP members

The Red level is our most exclusive category and stands for VIP members such as former 1. FC Köln football stars, artists, or other prominent figures who share our passion. These members are invited, not bought, and represent the fan club externally. They receive special privileges such as invitations to exclusive events or personal meetings with club representatives. The Red level aims to strengthen our connection to special personalities and give the fan club additional prestige.

With the Bronze, Silver, Gold, Titan, and Red levels, we aim to create a structure that involves every fan – from social media supporters to VIPs.
